Missing Parcels
The customer must check the tracking (this will be sent to you by email and SMS text by Royal Mail) for your parcel and inform us within 3 days of non delivery in order for us to be able to launch an investigation. We cannot accept claims for non delivered goods beyond 5 days of the DELIVERED tracking information.
