We check every item before it is sent out and if you are not happy with the item you have received it is important that you contact us first by phoning 01476578800 or emailing [email protected] so we can deal personally with your enquiry. We want our customers to be happy with our service, so if for any reason you want to return an item that we have sent you, please note the following guidelines.
- We will consider returned items for credit, refund or exchange up to 30 days after your purchase arrives. After this we cannot offer you credit, refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and resalable. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- When your return item is received and inspected we will send you an email to let you know whether or not your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved then a credit will automatically be applied to your account. This may take a few days to process. If an item is assessed to be faulty we will also credit your return shipping costs.
- Any items described as discounted, or in a sale will not be eligible for return or refund.

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
If you require a signature an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us if this is required.
We are currently charging a flat rate of £3.99 for delivery up to 5kg.
